Growing an art business online: How we helped Repka Arts reach more customers across multiple platforms

Art businessOnline shop transformation

The challenge

Repka Arts had a beautiful Wix website showcasing Mediterranean-inspired art, but they were limited by what that platform could do. They needed to sell across multiple platforms, manage events more efficiently, and grow their online presence without spending hours on repetitive marketing tasks.

Key challenges

Limited to selling on one website

Their Wix site could only sell directly through that one platform, missing potential customers on Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Manual work taking too much time

Posting artwork across social media platforms, managing event tickets, and responding to customer messages required hours of work each week.

Not enough people finding the website

Their website wasn't showing up high enough in Google searches, missing out on valuable organic traffic from art enthusiasts.

Events were difficult to manage

Planning workshops and exhibitions required manual coordination with customers, no automated ticketing, and no easy way to send event updates.

Our solution

We didn't just build a website - we created an entire commercial ecosystem that transformed creative passion into a thriving, scalable business.

Moving to a better online shop

We rebuilt repkaarts.com on Shopify at the end of August 2025, making it easier to manage artwork, handle customer orders, and sell across different platforms. The new shop supports original paintings, prints, ceramics, workshops, and exhibitions all in one place.

Planning and selling events online

We built event pages so customers can book workshops and exhibitions directly through the website. Customers can add their tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access. The system automatically handles capacity limits and sends reminders.

Selling on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more

We connected the shop to Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping, TikTok Shop, and Pinterest Commerce. Now customers can discover and buy art on any platform they prefer, all managed from one central shop.

Creating pages for exhibitions

We created dedicated pages for exhibitions, making it easy to showcase past events and promote upcoming ones. These pages integrate seamlessly with the artwork portfolio.

Starting a blog to share stories and insights

We launched a blog to help people discover the artist's work, learn about art techniques, and stay updated on events. This helps more people find the website through Google searches.

Keeping customers informed with a newsletter

We set up a newsletter to share new artwork, announce upcoming workshops and exhibitions, and deliver educational content about art. This helps build stronger relationships with customers.

Helping more people find the website online

We improved the website's structure, content, and keywords to make it easier for Google to understand what the business offers. This resulted in 6x more organic traffic in just 2 months.

Organizing social media into two focused accounts

We split the Instagram presence into two accounts: @repka_arts for showcasing the artwork and gallery, and @repka.art.studio for educational content and event announcements. This helps reach different audiences more effectively.

Automating social media posting

We set up automated systems that take Instagram posts and send them to YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and TikTok. What used to take hours now happens automatically, saving valuable time every week.

Running better Facebook and Instagram ads

We managed their Meta Business Suite and optimized their ads for both art sales and event promotions. The improved targeting and messaging resulted in better performance and higher return on ad spend.

Selling art prints worldwide with print-on-demand

We integrated Gelato, a print-on-demand service that handles printing and shipping to over 50 countries worldwide. This allows selling high-quality art prints without managing inventory or fulfillment.

Automating customer conversations

We set up Manychat automation to handle common customer questions, help book workshops, and manage event discussions. This saves hours of administrative work while providing better customer service.

"Growthwebs transformed our entire online business. We went from selling on one website to reaching customers everywhere - Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. The automated systems save us hours every week, and we're seeing real growth in sales and traffic."
